How to Use:

Use the felt tip to apply on hair roots as desired, and then spread evenly with the spoolie brush.

1.For eyelash care, apply a moderate amount to the upper and lower lashes using the snall ball tip and screw brush.

2. For eyebrow care, apply an appropriate amount along the direction of your eyebrows using the snall ball tip and the screw brush.
